On a green setting with coverable swimming pool heated from April to September, Béatrice & Florent welcome you in their 18th century manor located in Hérouvillette on the Côte Fleurie at 5 miles from the beaches. The holiday rental is 2,300 square feet (212 sqm), it is classified 5 stars and can host up to 11 adults et 2 children. It includes 5 bedrooms (4 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the first), 7 beds and 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets, a pool table room with a scenic view on the adjacent paddock, a living room, a large dining kitchen.
It is located near Caen, 10 km from Cabourg and 4 km from the sea.
Recharge your batteries in the enclosed garden or by the swimming pool, relax around the pool table or play a game of pétanque balls. Your children can enjoy the swing or the ping-pong table.
The house is soothing, guests say they feel at home. It is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family because there is a space for each and everyone.
400 meters from the cottage you will find a grocery store that sells quality local products from the area. They also make pizzas and cater (meals that are prepared on site). Next to the grocery store is a bakery that makes an excellent bread.

From the A13 motorway
- Take the Dozulé exit.
- On your right until the roundabout.
- Then follow the D27, direction Caen until the stop at Varaville.
- Turn left onto the D513 for 7 km.
- Turn right towards Hérouvillette.
- Straight up, pass in front of the grocery store and the bakery and at the give way, turn right onto the D37c for 800 meters.
- The house is behind the large stone wall on your left hand side, just ring at the large grey gate.
By Ferry (Ouistreham)
- Exit the Ferry terminal, straight up, then onto the D84 and then onto the D514, towards Caen.
- On your right hand side, take the exit to Bénouville.
- Cross Bénouville and go over the Pegasus Bridge, take the D37 towards Ranville.
- Cross Ranville, then at the end of the village take right onlto the D37c towards Hérouvillette.
- Drive for 700 mètres, the house is behind the large stone wall on your right hand side, just ring at the large grey gate.

Inside
On the second floor there is a landing on either side of the staircase, each with 2 bedrooms.
First landing:
- A room for three with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed above it.
- A room for two with a 160x200cm bed and a small child's bed in 150cm length
- A shared bathroom
- A separate toilet
On the other landing:
- A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and and ensuite bathroom
- A bedroom with twin beds 80x200cm (or 160x200 when joined) with an ensuite bathroom.
- A toilet to share
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a small child's bed in 150cm length, which has no shower room or WC.
On the ground floor you'll find:

The property is fully enclosed, mostly by walls. Entrance is through an automatic electric gate.
The car park can accommodate up to 5 cars.

A set of garden furniture near the house and another one next to the swimming pool.
A barbecue.
A pétanque court with the balls.
A Swing and a ping-pong table.

The Service
Beds are made and are provided: towels, tea towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board is at your disposal.
The grocery store and the bakery are 400m away.

We strive to maintain the family atmosphere of the Manor. Therefore, and to preserve the quietness of the neighbourhood, we do not allow parties.
A holiday rental liability insurance certificate will be asked.
Accessibility: the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
